Doha Detox | Smoothie of the Week
There’s nothing more tantalising than sinking your teeth into a deliciously ripe mango. The hot spring in Doha (and I think we all agree it’s getting super hot) definitely calls for a recipe that is cooling and tasty at the same time.
This smoothie has three ingredients that can be easily found at your local grocer and is very easy to make.
Fun fact: mangos are actually used as a remedy for heat stroke as it helps to cool the body down and boost the immune system because of its generous amount of vitamin A and C.
Enjoy this with bananas and oranges for a seasonal ‘spring cleaning’.
1 Cup of Unsweetened Apple juice or other juice of choice.
