Fuel up this week with this detox drink made of banana, orange, pomegranate, carrot and apple. A cocktail that’s rich in vitamin C and antioxidants to boost your immune system.

Bananas, which are very popular in smoothies, are rich in magnesium and potassium. Pomegranate is surging in popularity recently and it’s not surprising to see why. It’s a great detox food, containing more antioxidants than green tea. It also has anti-aging properties.

Recipe:

1 Banana

1 Pomegranate

1/2 Carrot

1 Orange

1 glass of sugar free apple juice.

Sweeten with honey, if needed.
